Taking part in prototype is a great way to test new thinking and different concepts.
The focus we have for the 45days was to test Change Agency behaviours (the ones that help us find the new S curve / Paradigm). This has given me the opportunity to push into new areas that I have not done before. Over the last week I have been attempting to create some content for the website that works at the mindset levels and engages the heart. This has been very challenging, yet hugely insightful taking me definitely outside my comfort zone.

2hrs of focused energy, with tangible Change Agency actions.
This was our 2nd event and we were joined by a couple of new people who added great value to the conversation, that was both thought-provoking and inspiring. I must say working with this is challenging…it takes courage to let-go of my ‘old’ thinking and learn a new way to engage differently. This approach really does hold up the unconscious bias mirror! What is now evident to me is both very thrilling and daunting is equal measure.

FCA 45-day Prototype (Week 1) has been a real eye opener for me. The data (Cultural Report, Profiles and our virtual event 1) has been amazingly accurate at mapping the disconnect in Mindset and Culture, which has begun to illuminate the unconscious biases with great speed. For my part, I think we are intuitively aware of some of them but have been unable to articulate them and therefore they have remained undiscussable. Now they are visibly emerging, there is a real chance for systematic dialogue and a much deeper level than ever before.
