Rijkswaterstaat is the executive arm of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment and is responsible for the design, construction, management and maintenance of the main infrastructure facilities in the Netherlands. In an environment with multiple stakeholders, a demanding society, a changing governance structure and less money to spend, Rijkswaterstaat is facing complex challenges in these fields.
LEF supports change by guiding and facilitating multiple stakeholder groups, using the latest neurological en psychological insights to create new behavioural patterns and new thinking in order to get new ideas. In LEF these neurological and psychological insights are also used as interventions in group processes. We know now that about 95% of our behaviour has a subconscious origin.
People working in LEF get specific impulses that influence the subconscious and trigger certain parts of the brain: these include images, film, colours, sounds, food, sometimes scents and specific furniture.
